Welcome to Conceptial Media. By accessing our website or engaging with our digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Conceptial Media, you entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
- Scope of Services
Conceptial Media provides complete digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to:
- Performance Marketing Consultation and Solution.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Social Media Advertising.
- Social Media Management and Engagement.
- Website Development and Graphic Design.
- Application and Software Development.
- Creative and Design Solution.
- Digital Marketing Services.
Note: Specific deliverables, timelines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be detailed in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project proposals.
- Client Obligations
To ensure successful execution of marketing strategies, the Client agrees to:
- Provide necessary access to accounts (e.g., Google Analytics, social media profiles, hosting).
- Ensure all provided materials (logos, images, text) are legally owned or licensed by the Client.
- Deliver timely feedback and approvals to avoid campaign/project delays.
- Payment and Fees
- Standard Terms: Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your specific proposal. Conceptial Media typically requires an advance payment to initiate services.
- Late Payments: Payments delayed beyond seven days from the due date may attract a late fee of 2% per week.
- Ad Spend: Client is responsible for paying digital advertising budgets (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) directly to the respective platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Intellectual Property
Content created by Conceptial Media remains its property until full payment, after which ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the Client. Conceptial Media may use completed projects in its portfolio unless an NDA is in place.
- Limitation of Liability
Conceptial Media does not guarantee specific results due to factors beyond its control, such as changes in digital algorithms. The agency is not liable for damages from service interruptions or account suspensions by third-party platforms.
- Termination
Either party can terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for services rendered up to that date, and project access will be removed after final payment.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
- Modifications
Conceptial Media may modify these terms, with changes effective immediately upon posting to this page.
